Return & Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy explains how exchanges work for purchases made from zunah-store.myshopify.com (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1) No Return / No Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds.

✅ We only offer exchange under the conditions listed below.

2) Exchange window

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Day 1 = the day your order is marked delivered
  • Requests after 7 days may not be accepted

3) When exchange is allowed

An exchange is accepted only if:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Item has original packaging and tags (if any)
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is provided

4) Wrong / damaged / defective items

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/video of item + packaging
  • Shipping label photo

After verification, we will exchange it.

5) What items are not eligible for exchange

Exchange will not be accepted if:

  • Item is used or washed
  • Tags/packaging are missing
  • Damage is caused after delivery (misuse)
  • Item is marked Final Sale / Clearance / Discounted (if applicable)

6) Exchange process (how it works)

Include:

  • Order number
  • Item name/variant
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos (if needed)

Once approved:

  • You will send the item back (or we arrange pickup if available)
  • After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item

7) Shipping charges for exchange

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged/defective item), we cover shipping.
  • If the exchange is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong selection, color/size choice), customer pays shipping charges.

8) Stock availability

Exchanges depend on availability.

If the item is out of stock, you can choose:

  • Another item of equal value, or
  • Store credit (recommended)
