Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is offered, you agree to pay the full amount at delivery. Refusing COD parcels repeatedly may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
5) Order acceptance and cancellation
- An order is considered accepted when it is confirmed/processed by us.
- We may cancel an order for reasons including: stock unavailability, pricing errors, verification issues, or suspected fraud.
Customer cancellation: You can request cancellation before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be handled under our Exchange Policy (no returns/refunds).
6) Shipping and delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, holidays, or location.
- You are responsible for providing the correct address and reachable phone number.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-delivery/shipping costs may apply.
7) Exchange policy (no returns / no refunds)
We offer exchange only under our Exchange Policy rules.
No returns and no refunds are provided except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified wrong/damaged/defective items under the policy.

8) Promotions and discount codes
- Discount codes may have limits (expiry dates, minimum spend, one-time use).
- We may modify or stop promotions at any time.
- Misuse of promo codes may lead to order cancellation.
