How to order

Ordering from Zunah store is simple. Follow these steps:

1) Browse products

• Visit zunah-store.myshopify.com
• Open any product you like and read the details (price, variants, etc.)

2) Select your options

• Choose the correct variant (color/size/model if available)
• Select quantity

3) Add to cart

• Click Add to Cart
• Then open your cart (top icon) to review items

4) Proceed to checkout

• Click Checkout
• Fill in your full name, mobile number, and complete address (house/flat, street, area, city)

5) Choose payment method

Depending on what’s enabled on your store, you may see:

• Cash on Delivery (COD), or
• Online payment (card/bank/wallet)

Select your preferred payment method.

6) Place your order

• Double-check your details
• Click Place Order / Complete Order

7) Order confirmation

After placing your order:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation on-screen (and by email if email is entered correctly)
• Our team will process and dispatch your parcel

Important notes (to avoid delivery issues)

• Keep your phone available so the courier can contact you
• Write your address properly (landmark helps)
